OUR PHILOSOPHY
Nurturing and developing young talent is at the heart of our success. Over the years, our youth development program has consistently demonstrated its quality. Even players who have not been with us for their entire journey progress and leave the academy as better players and individuals.
We believe in an attacking style of play. Our goal is to inspire and entertain through creative, dynamic, and dominant play. The individual player is the central pillar of our development philosophy.
To cultivate talent at an international level, we focus on our players' technical, tactical, physical, cognitive, and mental development. This is achieved through five key aspects: ball mastery, one-on-one ability, style of play (principles of play), game intelligence, and unique skills.

OUR METHODOLOGY
Our coaching sessions are designed to replicate match-like situations and the atmosphere experienced during real games. We prioritize playing the way we train and training the way we play.
We place strong emphasis on players' technical, tactical, physical, cognitive, and mental development. Our competitive, intense, and fun exercises are practised repeatedly, ensuring players are consistently challenged. Coaches introduce progressions and obstacles to encourage growth.

Players are given the freedom and a safe environment to innovate, fail, and learn from their mistakes. However, they are also held to high standards both on and off the pitch, consistently embodying the academy's philosophy and values.
Our comprehensive training sessions include skill development, game-related practice, teamwork, tactical comprehension exercises, and small-sided games. In addition to physical training, players participate in leadership and character-building challenges throughout their journey at Alpha.

FOOTBALL + EDUCATION
TOP OPPORTUNITIES
After completing their time at Alpha, players can move to Spain, where we have created excellent opportunities in Valencia and Barcelona for the player pathway.
Players can choose universities in Valencia or Barcelona and enrol in our football programs with partner clubs. Here, they will participate in paid programs with professional clubs to further develop their skills and ultimately secure a professional contract.
VALENCIA, SPAIN
We have partnered with Spain Rush-SPF in Valencia, Spain, to provide an unparalleled, fully immersive Spanish football experience. Spain Rush-SPF has established partnerships with the most influential clubs in Valencia, offering players unique opportunities to engage with top-level clubs in La Liga. They offer both short and long-term programs, which include full-board accommodation, admission to international universities and schools, and training at professional clubs in a paid program. Ultimately, players have the opportunity to earn a professional contract and continue their journey.
BARCELONA, SPAIN
We have established a custom program in Barcelona, Spain. Players will be managed by our representative in the city. While players must find a university and arrange full-board accommodation, our team will handle all aspects of their training and development. They will train at professional clubs in a paid program, ultimately working towards securing a professional contract.
