THE JOURNEY

THE FIRST STEP
The journey began on 30th May 2014, when two brothers, founder Meeran Yoosuf and co-founder Muhammad Yoosuf, embarked on a mission to create a platform for young footballers to engage in organized, year-round training. Drawing inspiration from their school days, they leveraged the popularity of their football team, The Hooligans, which had sparked interest among juniors in the academy's early days.
Starting with just three boys and a couple of footballs, they launched their programs in local parks and by the beaches, fostering a sense of camaraderie and passion for the game. As word spread and enrollment grew, the academy evolved, soon earning the name The Football Academy Oman.

OUR IDENTITY

The Alpha logo embodies who we are, what we stand for, and what we fight for.
The title "Alpha" is inspired by a story that chronicles the journey of a Wolfpack. At its core is the Wolf, symbolizing our spirit. The ball represents the history of the game and our beginnings as a football academy. The futuristic font demonstrates our willingness to evolve with the times, alongside the founding year, while the circular crest signifies our unity, commitment, love, and sense of community.
The red and blue colours draw inspiration from our admiration for FC Barcelona.
